Darshan tickets are subject to availability. Kindly confirm before booking for the packages. For Bus packages need to be booked at one week in advance. .
Tickets once booked cannot be Cancelled/Preponed/Postponed/Transferred
* Darshana timings depends on TTD Trust’s terms and conditions.
* Consuming alcohol or non-vegetarian food or other intoxicants strictly prohibited during the package.
Tariffs are subject to change and any difference in changes of tariff will be collected at the time of boarding.
The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation OR any changes from the respective ticket Trust/Management. TTD reserves the right to cancel Darshan under Special Circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
All bookings are Final. Replacement/Transfer/ Prepone/Postpone/Cancel/Refund is not allowed as per TTD
All the time of entry Tirupati Tirumala Balaji Pilgrim shall produce the same original ID used at the time of booking Tirupati Balaji darshan, For Children age proof shall be produced below 12 years to gain entry free of cost The Tirupati Balaji Pilgrims should not carry any luggage/cell phones/electronic gadgets while reporting at SMC 211.
Please carry print out of ticket (2 Copies) and photo copy of photo identity Card. Particulars with orginal details while boarding one to submit at entry point and another for procuring laddus etc. to have a convenient darshan in short time.
Dress Code
Mandatory Dress Code for Pilgrims:
Gents: Dhoti (White) & Shirt or Kurta & Pyajama.
Ladies: Saree or Salwar Kameez (With Pallu Compulsory).
All pilgrims are requested not to wear clothes such as T-shirt, Jeans etc as the same are strictly prohibited irrespective of any age group.
Plastic bottles are not allowed. Take reusable water bottles.
The Tirupati Tirumala Balaji Pilgrims entry with Sandals/shoes is not permitted into Q lines, mada streets and temple
Travel/Transport
- Package will be discussed in detail and documented upon confirmation, any alteration or changes in the trip will be charged accordingly.
- Driver Details will be provided a day before 6 pm.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the coach.
- Management is not responsible for your luggages/baggage.
- A cancellation fee of 5% of the package will be applied to those who cancel their trip after the tickets were booked.
- We reserve the right to alter, vary or withdraw any tour that has been advertised or published if it is deemed advisable or necessary without assigning any reason. If the tour is cancelled all amount paid by you will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered.
- Tour timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently, it may be revised at any time during the trip, with or without notice depending on the exigencies of occasion. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start or during the journey. if you miss any part of sightseeing due to delay by you part, you will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same. No refund is payable for any unutilized services like food or accommodation.
- We do not accept any losses or any additional expenses due to delay in journey, missed flights due to strike, weather conditions or any untoward causes. The tourist should bear those losses.
- We may, at our discretion, request anyone to withdraw from any tour if we deem his/her conduct is improper and offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.
- Extra Uses of our Vehicle
- Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
- Rights to amend the itinerary if required
- Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.
- Surcharge
- The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.
Accommodation
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges.
» 10% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 15 days prior
» 25% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 10 days prior
» 50% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 7 days prior
» 100% in case of no show/last day cancellation
All hotel reservation require reconfirmation by the agent / customer atleast a one week prior to the date of check in failing which hotels reserve the right to levy atleast one night retention which is payable by the customer making reservation through us. Parashuram Trading do not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit to the clients until the same has been received by us from the hotel/s. If payment of the tour is through Credit Card charge then the contract is irrevocable. If there is any complaint regarding services it should be communicated to PARASHURAM TRADING while the tour is still on. Refund, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India before the departure at the end of the tour, as per the conversion rate prevailing at the time of refund. In case of any legal dispute the Jurisdiction will be Bangalore City, India.
- GOVERNMENT ACCOMODATION do not grant refunds for any services unless otherwise required by applicable law and they reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time.
Liability:
The company does not own or control hotels, coach or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour therefore, we cannot be held liable.
- Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents.
- Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
- Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and is unforeseeable or unavoidable.
- Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
- Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell.
We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provide a service that is acceptable to the passengers. The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is published in good faith.
Complaints
We do our best to give passengers travelling on any of our holidays, an enjoyable and trouble free vacation but occasionally plans go wrong. Should you have any complaint, please inform the manager (at the same time), who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company within 28 days of the tour ending in writing. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Any disputes between clients and Parashuram Trading. Shall be governed by Jurisdiction on India.
Early Check-in / Late Check -out
Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1200 Hrs. (IST). Therefore cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.
Our Liability
Parashuram Trading accepts the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability. The images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the hotel room.
The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused;
Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused. Parashuram Trading are unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and sea ports and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
For Flight Packages, Parashuram Trading will not be responsible / will not Refund any claims for delay or cancellation of Flight, any mechanical problems/strike/bandh and Changes in weather conditions
